Well, my peeps came back from the Old Country, and boy was I glad to see them. So I'm home (wherever that is) with them now, but here are a few final pictures of my last days with Bijay, and one with my friend Bailey.

Cruisin' the Cemetery
Well, I bet you humans have no idea how much fun a cemetery can be. We go just about every morning to the cemetery on Shartel and about 25th for some fun fun fun! Aside from the fact that I have to share the back of the car with the little white thing on the way there and back, I really love these trips! My buddy Bailey and her human are always there (Bailey is as afraid of cameras as she is of thunder....go figure), and we chase each other around for the full mile it takes to walk around the grounds. Bailey is a border collie so she tries to herd me, but I usually just ignore her and go where I want to go. I used to be really good about coming whenever Elyssa called me, but these days I'm realizing that there isn't a whole lot she can do if I find something more interesting than her and her little white sidekick. (Today that meant that I got leashed up and forcibly taken back to the car towards the end....But the smells I enjoyed while I was ignoring their calls made it all worth it!)

Scary Storms!

Well, Elyssa got to learn something about me tonight. We had a bunch of lightning and a lot of very loud thunder, and I didn't like it a whole lot. Now I'm really not much of a scaredy-cat, but loud thunder is just a little, shall we say, off-putting. I hear that Bailey the border collie gets so scared of thunder that she shivers and shakes and tries to hide under the bed. I'm really not THAT bad at all. All I do is pace a little, try to get up on the sofa with my humans, and then hide in the bathroom when the mean little white dog gets nasty about me trying to be on "her" sofa. (She really is a pain in the neck....Though she acts like she doesn't even HEAR the thunder.) Fortunately, the storm seems to have passed. After all that, I'm feeling a little sleepy.....
